Cravings located in the Mirage is one of the best traditional Las Vegas buffets. Cravings provides eleven made to order cooking stations with food from around the world. Cravings Buffet is open serves breakfast, lunch and dinner on the weekdays and a weekend champagne brunch from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Eiffel Tower Restaurant is located in the on the 11th floor of the Paris Las Vegas Eiffel Tower. The view from the Eiffel Tower restaurant is one of the best in Las Vegas. As you dine, you can watch the lights of the Las Vegas strip and even watch the Bellagio Water Show.
If you love French cuisine, you will no doubt enjoy selections from the menu prepared by Chef J. Joho. Menu selections include a Grand Seafood Platter that includes lobster, clams, crab, shrimp, and oysters. Additional entrees feature roasted rack of lamb and beef Wellington.

The Mermaid restaurant is located off the Las Vegas strip and is part of the Silverton Hotel Casino and Lodge. The aquarium is huge, holding over 115,000 gallons of salt water housing sharks, stingrays, translucent jellyfish, and even mermaids! Noodles Restaurant is located in the Bellagio and offers fine Asian noodle cuisine. Executive Chef Patrick Lee brings traditional noodle dishes from China, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam to Las Vegas. Noodles is open daily from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. and dinner reservations are not required, but are recommended. Dress is casual and it is a wonderful restaurant for the entire family.
Swan Court located in the Aureole Restaurant at Mandalay Bay is considered one of the more romantic dining experiences in Las Vegas. The Swan Court is a more remote part of the Aureole restaurant, featuring French doors that open out to a garden that features elegant swans swimming in the beautiful pond. Very romantic indeed!
The selection of fine wine is astounding, with over 10,000 choices. You can select either the chef's 7-course tasting menu or a 2-course menu. The tasting menu can last up to 2 hours, so be prepared to stay awhile and enjoy the romantic candle lit atmosphere.
